I went under debt review in 2021. I have diligently paid my dues for my overdraft account plus the debt review amount. I have been booked off with stress and to my horror, FNB closed my overdraft, taking my whole income, without warning, leaving me without money for food, petrol, medical aid or anything of the sorts. I am on chronic medications and have been booked off for a month. I cannot get my chronic meds, because my medical aid had been frozen. I can't get to see my specialist, due to the fact that my medical aid had not been paid. I cannot even buy airtime or data - my contracts had been frozen. I have been fighting with FNB since the 28th of April and I am becoming exhausted, because instead of resting, I am stuck in financial dire straits and they are not seeing the urgency of the matter
