********* customer treatment is rife at this bank, first they, did not charge my accounts the 10.5% indicated on court order until it picked up they then reconciled all the accounts. They didn't stop there I verified the outstanding amounts submitted to the debt review team, also found out that they have inflated the amounts to the original opening balances as if have never paid the accounts before. I requested that they share accounts statements reflecting all the payments, which were given to thier legal department prior the debt review process, wow to my surprise they are refusing with the information because they have identified that have actually submitted wrong information to the courts and to the debt review team.😒😒 I really don't understand why is this bank so evil, how do you this a person deep in debts, and for them is an opportunity to get more profit
