Condescending Service

I'm quite disappointed with the bad service I been receiving from you since November I asked for a Reversal.I filled the forms and submitted received a Ref Num and asked to wait for 40 days while they investigate but to this day the matter is still not resolved but the 40 days has passed with no explanation and no money in my account.
