Concerned customer

Good evening, lastweek I've made a booking on the bookings.com website for Saturday the 19 July and was charged R1,069.20 twice and the booking was never made. No confirmation received from them nor could I find the booking on their website. This wasn't my 1st time booking from them. I've called your *****line and was send a dispute letter and was also advised that I was the second person callingin regarding that. I would just like to follow up on the process of my dispute.
