Laudium branch has the biggest con consultant in the history of the banking industry every work out of the womans mouth is a lie she is a disgrace and a disgusting human being I ever regret going to her to open my account in August of this year from than my account is getting charged non stop she opens a savings pocket and sayings no bank charges yet I was charged twice R18 on it plus im not working currently I am highly upset than to top it all off she lies and says we running a promotion R60 a month FNB sim card and you dont pay bank charges of R59 you just pay R60 and it knocks off the bank charge what a load of nonsense I wish I recorded that **** of this earth hope she gets fired I will never ever go to her for help again on the 1st October I told her I dont want this sim cancel she doesn't say I need to phone in and cancel with sim card division she said stop using it so they wont top up and charge you another lie from her filthy mouth that woman will get her day as every dog gets their day eventually. Very disappointed client I want all my money back immediately or you guys just lost a customer due to your foolish consultant that has no brains another than conning unsuspecting clients.
