COMPROMISED NEW CARDS BEING ISSUED WITH HUGE ***** TRANSACTIONS ON ACCOUNTS

During this year I have been issued with 2 new cards from FNB. A credit card and a new business bank card. During September my credit card was maxed out and i reported this ***** to FNB through their app and blocked the card. after several days I phoned them to follow up on the case and was advised that the ***** was never reported. To date I have had no response from them nor has any of my funds been placed back in to my card. I expressed my concern re new compromised cards being issued to their clients. Today again two huge *****ulent transactions was made from my business account. again reported it and was advised that the money will not be paid back to me in all likelihood. This is unacceptable. This needs to be sorted out immediately. How was the transaction done without my pin or otp being sent to me.
