Compliments to Card Department

I really dislike dealing with impersonal Call Centers. But on 30 November Ms Fikiswa Luhabe changed my perceptions.She works at the Card dept and provided such friendly, courteous and efficient service. My new card is on its way and I am very pleased that such service still exists in our country.Lillian v M.
