Good day Sir or Madam I'm twala z recently visited one of your fnb in mpumalanga a Graskop branch, I want share compliments about the level of service I did received in one of your staff members Bruce Mabilu a plantform App assistant ,the sense of emergency he has towards consumers, he went extra mile to service me and explained the product he was offering me,the kindness,the always willingness of help toward him , the way he makes special for us to be welcome in the graskop branch and professionalism towards him and I want to appeal to the company to keep such an asset staff to the Company and hope the compliments will be share to him!!
