Good afternoon. Will like to pass my gratitude to the FNB team. I had complained about FNB on this platform. FNB didn’t take my complain lite they attended to it. I received a call and emailed from them. We spoke about the matter and my problem was resolved. Thank you so much that my money was returned into my account. Thanks to the FNB team for the professionalism.

29 Mar 2022, 23:44I’ve just given you guys a compliment this afternoon only to be disappointed again. I’m not someone that likes to complain but when things or situations inconvenience me, then I have a problem.
I have logged a call to your ***** department a call on my premier account and I was advised since i had ***** issues,they advised that they should block the card and destroy it ,which is what took place but now I’ve noticed that that account is active again and the money that I was refunded was refund of that old account. I am honestly confused as i have opened a new account
