My compliments to Rebecca Phetla from Alexandra plaza.

I came to the branch having problems with my card.. that got resolved as i was about to leave Rebecca asked me if everything was okay then she assisted me with my banking app

I knew nothing about the banking app my dear educated me from setting it up for me and how to operate it

She taught me about the eBucks and how i can grow my reward levels.

I am impressed with how patient she was with me.. my card had fraustrated me that i wanted to even close the account but after the help i got i am staying

I have value for my money I can bank at the comfort of my home I can save and i am happy
