I came into the branch Balfour park ..from the door I met a lady called Rebecca who was friendly ,patient and very respectful that was impressive.

Who took time to hear my query and went out of her way in making sure I get all my query sorted.

She helped me open an investment account I'm happy I can now save and manage my money better

She educated me on how I can earn ebucks and move levels

And taught me how to operate the banking app

I will back for the funeral cover because she highlighted the importance of having one ..shes aforce reckon with, an excellent service I am happy.
