I was desperately in need of my fnb bank statement, by the time I arrived at Fnb I realised that I lost my bank card. I arrived at Fnb Vereeniging branch and I got to cancel my card immediately, Refiliwe Letsela gave me the best service...I was sooo nervous and confused and her service was efficient and the****utic.
