I would like to compliment Rebecca Phetla from Balfour Park for excellent service i received.

I came in the bank wanting help with my cellphone banking i ended up getting more than what i intially wanted

my dear Rebecca sold the banking app for me i couldnt resist.

She taught me how to operate it from making payments and taught about ebucks how i can be rewarded and that was impressive.

She took time in doing all of this I am amazed at the level of her patience and the love she has for people and her job

I am at loss for words this us what we expect when we visit banks Keep it up FNB she is truly a force to reckon with!!
