Complimenting the staff and great service

I was at the branch 407 Anton lembede street yesterday to open an account I recieved the super excellent service from the lady called Makhosi firstly when I cam the system was off and she told me she will call me as the sy8comes back of which she did and throughout the consultation the service was the best but when I got the message to rate her service I made a mistake I rated poor but I tried to cancel it but it was already gone. I acknowledge my mistake and I wish FNB can change the mistake because later on her manager Mlondi phoned me to ask about poor I told him I made a mistake the service wa excellent. I'm looking forward to banking with FNB and I hope I always get consultants like Makhosi thumbs up to her she is the beautiful picture of FNB.
