Compliment on good service

A very big thank you to Nelson Padime. He is situated at the FNB branch in Industria, Johannesburg. From the first day I stepped into the branch not a happy client. This guy was so friendly and extremely helpful after I was frustrated by not being able to get assistance from anyone for 3 whole weeks. Calls walk in centers could not help but he assisted me all the way buy giving me his personal WhatsApp number doing follow ups and making sure that my account was sorted out. He got the relevant people to call me and he took checked the progress on the account. Everything is now sorted all thanks to Nelson. Thank you very much Mr Nelson Padime you deserve a 5 star and a promotion as we were going to close our account with FNB. Thank U again
