Compliment for Martha Mashaba

Good day FNB I hope this gets to Martha Mashaba's manager at FNB Jabulani Mall.

I went to the branch on Monday morning, regarding a late estate account, I was not happy with the service from the KYC guys however I got to Martha, I explained my issue to her. She was so calm, friendly and cery welcoming. She was listened my issue and empathised with me. She assured me that the matter will be sorted out, I left the branch very calm and confident in the way she assured me. As much as she was going to escalate the matter, she took accountability, and actioned it immediately.

Today I sent an ema saying I haven't received feedback, as soon as she got my email she called immediately I believe as much as she had other client's to service she made me feel like I am the only client she has to deal with. The matter was sorted today.
