Compliment for Great service

Last Wednesday(25/11/20) and on the Thursday(26/11/26) I went to the FNB Maponya Branch to open a Business Acc, I was assisted by Nicholas Mathope. I needed to get the Bank Confirmation Letter ASAP but I couldn't get it on the Wednesday. Mr Mathope was very helpful to a point that he saw what was wrong with my CIPC account and further advised me to settle my CIPC penalties, only then will I be able to open the Business Acc.

I want to take time to let him know that I really appreciated the great service he rendered to me. He could see my frustration and he handle it exceptionally well, he clearly lives the FNB values, which serve as a guide when making business decisions in dealing with their stakeholders, colleagues and of course their customers. Mr Mathope, you would make a great Relationship Manager, if you were in Business Banking I would insist to have you my Business Banker. Thank you very much Sir.
