I would like to give a compliment to FNB Vandebijllark for Always willing to go the extra mile. I once made a deposit on their ATM at that branch in April of 2018 to pay May rent. Then in November of the same year the landlord sent me a Notice of demand claiming I did not pay For that particular month.. I went to this branch to request a Slip request from the ATM at first I was met by someone who said it can’t be done after a certain period. Then I went again and met a Lady by the name of Sharon who then tasked a Guy by the name of Mojalefa to help. In 48 hours the slip was emailed to me. And was able to submit to the land lord. Thanks to them my credit rating was saved. I wann thank them for going above and beyond their call of duty. They are always giving you a smile and when you request for their assistance.
