Compliment for FNB KG Mall branch Manager

Hi ,let me express this opportunity raze my customer service and satisfaction with Naume from Fnb KG Mall in Witbank ,she has been so kind with me , she assisted me with a sincere knowledge and understanding also with her respect you walk and come back with a huge smile. After being listed on SAFPS for over 5 years , I was sent from one branch to another but no help from any of them, until I went to KG mall and requested to see the branch manager who happened to be Naume Khalane, she listened with patience and sincere sympathy, I was very impressed to see we still have people like her in the banking industry. She went as far as calling outside fnb to get me assistance, she called SAFPS and requested them to do a follow up and communicate with her in order for me to be assisted. I can not write exactly how happy and appreciative I am. Thank you so much
