Compliment for Dineo Sebalole and Keabetswe (Fiduciary and KYC department)
I would like to say Big up to Dineo Sebalole and Keabetswe dealing with late estate accounts ( Fiduciary and KYC department). I explained my situation to Keabetswe and he went out of his way to ensure I get the help am looking for and communicated with Dineo who was dealing with my case. He had empathy and actually managed to put himself in my shoes as a customer. I applaud Dineo's consistency on emails and responding efficiently.

16 Apr 2021, 17:57So annoyed by FNB ????, they advised that funds can be paid on the late estate account and then rejected the funds because there was a hold on the account. I called, the hold was removed, funds were transferred again into the account but still not reflecting so tired of explaining myself over and over. I have been going to the branches and all that.
