Went with my mother at fnb king Williams Town what caught my attention was the fact that my mom insisted we get assisted by nqabisa did not anyone but her, when we got to her not only did she remember my mom and the conversation they had about a month ago she proceeded to help as per the matter at hand. Got a bit jealous cause my mom wanted nqabisa to confirm even with the suggestions I would give her. What made me happy was the fact that fnb treats our parents with such dignity and respect even when we are not present cause sometimes we come across situations where our elderly get mistreated which in turn make us feel we should have been present but with this lady that was not the case. I can be at ease when away from home with regards to my mom's banking cause there is people like nqabisa. One day I will move my banking to fnb Excellent service nqabisa keep it up
