I went to FNB tibane and I was welcomed by a lady called Ditebogo Morakaladi, not only was she happy to see me as though she knew me but it was also how soft she spoke to me, guided me through to where I will be assisted and she kept on checking if I was still okay and also apologized for sitting too long even though It has not been 5 minutes into the branch, she assisted to download the app and also told me of it's impotance and how it is going to save me money to come enquire in the bank,
