Great service received from Ernest from Premier. I called in frustrated after my card was delivered to another branch after I had earlier queried via secure chat trying to change branches and was told the courier will call me first to confirm we're to deliver the card. Anyways, Ernest assisted me in a calm and friendly manner and made sure he explained everything.
