Compliment

I visited the bank for a bank statement only to find out that there was load shading. The bank was on a generator which means other machines were off line. Ms Jabu Msomi went an extra mile to courteously and professional locate the machine that was functional. To make matter worse I had forgotten my passwords ....Jabu had to go down and assist step by step until I printed the statement. If the bank could have many employees like Jabu...it would be number one. Thank you Ms Jabu Msomi
