Compliment due :)

After giving a very negative review last week about the struggle and frustrations I've had for the past month regarding my Pension Backed Home loan application, FNB has managed to sort out my query within 24 hours! Literally! From application reviewed to funds paid. I honestly wish it wasn't necessary to have thrown my toys out the cot in order to have received the attention, but I am however extremely impressed and pleased with how the matter was handled, and I really need to acknowledge and thank Wouter van Zyl and his department for the prompt and speedy responses I have had!!
