I came to the branch Saturday to get assistance for my eazy zero that was sent R20 000 and I was explained to how the account works by a lady called Sarah modine.she explained to me how the limits of the account works including the daily limit of not exceeding R3000 and monthly not exceeding more that R14 000.she was very friendly and helpful me so well.Today again I went to fnb to open an account . While I was sitting on the couch waiting for the phone to fix my eazy zero account again Sarah saw me and she asked if I was assisted that's when I explained what happened and she said dont worry I will get someone to help you,I also started telling her that I want to open a business account but my business is not registered that's how she introduced me to Reuben Diphoko who helped me exceptionally well and I was very happy.my business is not yet registered and he explained to me how Sole prop will be good fit for me.and he opened for me sole prop.Thank you Sarah for helping me as I know how frustrating phone is and I was helped to open an account in 20 minutes.
