I was very much stressed out today I needed a loan and went to FNB Queen Street branch and was assisted by a very patient and helpful Zinhle Msomi and upon application the system was down the small computers they are using she tried all means to help me and didn't sende away,she said help download the app for me with my very slow mobicel cellphone, and from there made the application for me and my loan was approved,she taught me how to navigate through my app and how to make future payment. Zinhle Msomi went above and beyond to help me. It was the way she was willing to help me even when the system was down. Big ups to FNB queen start for such an awesome young lady Zinhle Msomi
