Compliment

I had a complaint I made on the 8th of February and there was no feedback until last week Saturday I decided to write a review on the service I had received.On Monday the 24th early in the morning I received a call from a complaints specialist who went through the process of explaining the query with me so politely and she was just phenomenal.Later in the day i received another call from a second complaints specialist they were both so professional about it and really changed the bad service into something I didn't expect it to turn around to be great service to both these awesome ladies I just for their names I would mention them If I had remembered them thank you so much....
