Compliment

I have been with FNB for year and year and this is my first I have received an excellent service in my entire life.My account have been blocked for 3 years now and I have going to the branch like a crazy person with no luck of help. On the 12th of June it was the day I wanted to close my account with fnb and get my money and I met Sarah at Phimulani mall and her 1st question was mama why are you not happy with us and then I explained that my account was blocked by South African ***** and I don't know why,mind you it's been 2year but it was my 1st time calling those people and having a reference and being explained to why is the account blocked.the reason am writing these compliment even though the matter is not solved is because atheist I see light because of Sarah,I get feedback,I get communication and am happy with her services
