I visited fnb King Williams Town branch i was heart broken by a debit order that was always debiting on my account and i could not reverse it because it locked then I met a lady by the name of Ntombi Kana who kindly assisted me though she couldn't bring back the money that i lost but she helped me to open a new account where i will not have unauthorized debit orders and help to take up funeral cover ,which is something i could not do since the money was taken by this Clientel debit order .Now my family is coverd and i get to ses where my money goes. Ntombi also assisted me with the banking app now i can see everything on my phone and she gave me details for the Ombudsman to report the company that is debiting on my account, thank you so much sis keep up the excellent service
