#SupportLocal On 12 March 2020 I sent a complaint of poor service received at Promenade Fnb branch. I was assisted within the time frame of their policy and the friendly lady who contacted me apologized and promised to investigate the matter. The promise was kept and I am happy to say that on the 17th March 2020 the matter has been resolved. I am very happy with their promising service I received. Thank you FNB Promenade.
