Compliment

Today I went to FNB Jubilee Mall. There was an employee by the name of Prudence Aphane. She was giving an Exceptional customer service. There were long queues today and Prudence managed to assist customers with passion. There were long queues for people that were claiming for funeral insurance. Prudence managed to assist those people because she understood that those people are all in pain and they don't deserve to be in the bank for the whole day. Compliment to her for her energy and making sure that she drives an excellent exceptional customer service. We need 20 Prudence's Aphanes in that bank.
