A great service received from Violet @fnb trade route mall, very humble kind and down to earth individual.. An attentive listener and really invested in her customers... She doesn't discriminate or judge but gives her all.. I was waiting for my ticket to be called and observed how she treats her customers.. I even opted to be assisted by her.. I might have not got what I wanted but in a manner she explain the reason she handled her self was really outstanding.. Give that lady a Raise big up @FNB.
