I went to first national bank canal walk branch to activate my internet banking, it was busy the lady who was assisting on the floor was very friendly, professional, patient and she had a beautiful smile, I was going there for the second time since July I was so surprised that she remembered what I came to do, last time I was there I did not have my bank card I only came with the ID document and so she informed me that the card was required and so when I returned she still remembered me, that was very nice coming from someone who who assist thousands of clients every week, I could not navigate the system well so I kept calling her but as busy as she was she never got irritated with me
