Today I decided to switch my account to FNB, I went to witbank branch and when I got there I was clueless on what to do when I get to the door I was welcomed by a nice lady who gave me a ticket, I waited for not even 5 minutes and was called by a lady named Naume, she greeted me with a smile and introduced herself, she listened to me and offered me the account suitable for me and explained smoothly, I was given an opportunity to ask questions and she answered patiently. I am so happy and excited about my new account. Thank you
