I want to compliment Rebecca Phetla from Alexandra plaza

Firstly her conduct it's outstanding How she showed sense of urgency The respect and the tone of her voice truly was great

I came in the branch having trouble making payments I have been trying to do it but I couldn't Rebecca made sure I get the banking app ,she explained the importance of having one I couldn't say No because she gave me every reason to have it

Now I am enabled I can make payments on my own and I very happy With such services I truly had to come here and show gratitude
