Compliment

I visited dnb cornunia on the 12 October to apply for my ID and when I got there I was pushed around, went to home affairs dept they offered me a pamphlet to do it myself, I did tell them I don't know how to do it. The fnb manager told me to come in on Monday or tuwhen it was quite. Then Monday I popped in at fnb cornubia a beautiful wonderful lady Thully Ngubane, take care of me and was very patient with me ,she help me complete the ID application, did the booking for me . I feel proud to have a person like Thully Ngubane working at fnb ... I wish all the staff can be helpful like her....may God bless her
