Compliment

For weeks I had been trying to find a turn around time from Fiduciary department for a matter that had put through. Struggling with branch staff members and call center agents. Chris hani branch manager then gave me a direct number to call for that department and also provided me with an email address. I called the number on 29/12/2025 and had a problem with an agent who couldn't help, another agent called me back. Gave me accurate information with what I needed, also gave me information with other things I needed help with. She was so well informed with the banks procedures and products I would have thought she wrote them. I think her name was Keneilwe. Thank you for FNB for having staff members who are dedicated to helping us.
