I was at Bankcity FNB i went there and the bank was very full and i was so tires when i got to the the door i was greeted with a humble soul who askedme questions and wantes to understand my request and i was very happy by the welcoming i got from Sarah Modise. When i went on to see a consultanti was helped by Olebogeng Makgeledise she helped me very well with my account as it was closed and she was very patient with me.i have never got such exceptionalservice before and i am happy with Bank city branch.the stuff is very nice and helpful.
