I would like to commend the great service I received from Patronella from the Garankuwa branch...after I have waited for almost an hour for my ticket to be called...I was then called and assisted by her..this woman oozes with friendliness, very humble nd her customer service is on par!!! I wish FNB COULD HAVE MORE PETRONELLAS
