I went to FNB Cosmo city to update my business account, at the door I met Tsholo so helpful with a smile and to Phumzile checked my account status and advice call business KYC department and while on the phone they told me to call one of the the consultant and I called the lady by the name of Joy so helpful even went to fetch her laptop sat down with me until she's done with the consultant on the phone and scanned my ID as requested, I mean I just called her on passing without knowing what's happening but made sure I get assistance, that's what we call customer service, Joy was my hero of the day, thank you so much to Joy at FNB Cosmo city mall
