Compliment

I'm an FNB Customer that normally goes to fnb King William's town branch and i took notice of nqabisa qoza's help when servicing the customer, reason I noticed was everytime I come to this branch is she always has a smile and is friendly to her customer and she addresses everyone with respect and dignity regardless of the age or looks everyone is treated in the same manner and for me that was a huge deal someone who is able to treat people with kindness and warmth is the face we need as customers when going to banks or anywhere where there is service. Fnb did a good job with this one whatever she was taught she embodies it she lives it and it come naturally She even has a sense of humour cause one will crack a Lough or two at her desk
