Completely *********** staff

After receiving no feedback on my first complaint I decided to call the number they gave me and tried to use the reference number.

After getting through to an agent I am then told they don't deal with complaints. How are people suppose to get things addressed if the agents deal with hello peter complaints are just as *********** as the rest of the staff.

This is insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!
