Complete my Credit card cancelation and give me my money back

Im dissapointed with their lack of service. I paid off my credit card and went to Soshanguve Crossing branch to do cancelation. I was promised that it was going to be canceled and I will get refunded for the extra cash which was in my account. Nothing was done to date. We are all struggling financially due to Covid and they enjoy keeping people in debts.
