Complete lack of transparency and refusal to provide written product terms for Money Maximiser

As a client, I tried to follow all proper channels to understand the exact mechanics of the Money Maximiser account, but encountered total opacity:

I reviewed the promotional pages, clicked on the fine-print Terms and Conditions, and opened the three linked official documents (Product Specific Account Rules, FNB General T's and C's, and FNB Savings and Cash Investments General T's and C's). After carefully studying all of them, I found that none of these documents contain any clear or detailed information regarding the mechanism of interest accrual, capitalization, or what happens to accrued interest upon an early/mid-month withdrawal.

I raised a query through the in-app chat, explicitly requesting the complete written document and the exact clause number detailing this mechanism. Instead of providing the required transparency, support repeatedly insisted on calling me, even after I explained multiple times that I was at work, unable to take phone calls, and legally entitled to review these terms in writing. They completely ignored my right to written documentation and continued pushing for a phone call.

To sum up: even with an active account already open, it is impossible to obtain complete, official, and precise terms of use from FNB. This severely violates my consumer rights to clear, transparent, and accessible financial information. A client must have full access to detailed product conditions before opening any account, not be left guessing or forced into unrecorded phone calls. This complete lack of transparency breaches standard consumer protection principles (Consumer Protection Act standards of clear disclosure) and makes proper financial planning impossible.
