Complete Incompetence

I created an account on Hello Peter just for this complaint.

I had app**** for a personal Loan on the 19th of February being told that my personal Loan would be in my account before I leave the bank, after explaining to the bank teller that I needed this money to put a deposit down for a car Ill be hoping to buy on the 20th February and explained the urgency of needing the money in my account when I was told I was approved and it would take only MINUTES for the money to be in my account, now that it is already almost 24 Hours later I still don't have the money in my account, when I had called at *:30 this morning I was told they would escalate this matter and it would be paid out within 2 hours from the call. The sales lady I had spoken with was named Angelique, 2 hours later I still do not have the money in my account and I decide to phone FNB sales yet again only to vbe informed that this lady didn't even escalate my query, this shows COMPLETE DISHONESTY and absolutely NO INTEGRITY from the FNB staff and now I have to sit here and try give this private sale guy for the car a legitimate reason to not sell the car to someone else which increases the chance of him thinking I am not trustworthy yet it is my own bank that I bank with that cannot be kept to their word.
