Complete disregard for client issues

<p>A debit order on my banking account with FNB was dedcuted on 23 March 2017 - an unauthorised one at that! I went into FNB Blue Route mall to have the transaction reversed and to find out what the procedure would be. The floorman at the branch was very disinterested in helping and completely unfriendly and unprofessional! Managed to get hold of the FNB call centre from the in-branch phone and spoke to a lady (not too sure of her name) and she was unable to help me even tho she was in the department that deals with reversals, subesquently placed on hold and transferred to another department, and had the phone put down on me. Called back to speak to someone who could actually help - phone put down again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect FANTASTIC service from banking institutions, especially from FNB as i have been banking with you for the past 7 years and have had multiple transactional accounts. I did not authorise this debit and expect someone to contact me to have this reversed as it seems entirely impossible to get hold of someone who is competent enough to sort out my issue.</p>
