Complete degenerates at FNB Menlyn branch.
<p>Stood in line for 30 minutes from 9:10am, wanted to buy foreign exchange notes. Teller asked me to wait for the lady next to her which will assist. Then person in line behind me approached the same teller also want to buy foreign currency notes then only she started to serve. I bank with Investec exclusively, only reason coming in to branch is to buy forex. Will be closing account based on this experience.</p>
