Complement to Themba Nkutha
Before I close my chapter in the issue I had that was resolved in a manner that exceeded my expectation, I'd love to also complement THEMBA NKUTA (Branch Manager) in Tembisa Branch for the effort he made in in ensuring that my issue is resolved. Furthermore, Themba went an extra mile out of his busy schedule, by making a follow-up call today to check if my query was resolved and to my satisfaction.<br> <br> Truly I was speechless to receive a follow-up from FNB (Themba). To me this indicated that FNB staff truly care and have passion about customers.<br> <br> I'm giving him a rating of 10/10.<br> <br> Thank you Themba once again.
