Complement

I was completely unhappy with FNB and their service. Still am at the manner which they handled my complaint. By I had the pleasure of dealing with 2 consultant who made it easy for me. Marcus and Phathutshedzo the 2 consultants made are an asset to FNB. I was very angry and frustrated but they made have faith in the service and were very helpful. They both did their outmost best to try havey query resolved. Marcus listen to me and reassured me when I was at the point of just losing it. I went trough all the stress you can think of. Not having food to eat for day and my kids not able to go back to school because I don't have money. But Marcus made me have faith and believe I am in safe hands. The other departments still really disappointed and inconvenienced me. BUT Murcus Mkhacane really gave me hope. He is a true asset at FNB where evryone seems to not know what they are talking about. He is a breath of Fresh air!!!! A real true asset to the FNB. More of him is what is needed. I appreciate him and Phathutshedzo Mahwena from complaints
